Whether it’s a big or small culture shift, being able to problem solve niggling-impasses or divisive systems, working with us is intended to be transformative for the long term.
The Process
︎
Consultation We will listen and ask questions about what your most pressing issues and ideas are. We will find out about your goals more broadly, hopes, desires, and obstacles as a team and organisation. We will agree the priorities that you would like to address during our work together. We don’t do post-its or lego... but promise it’s even more fun.
︎The workshop plan is designed to suit your needs and budget. We don’t do ‘one size fits all’, we scale our activities to your situation. Workshops can be live and in person, online, or hybrid. Scheduled to fit in with your work, we can do 2 or 3 hour workshops, or more immersive 1 day or 2 day activities. Workshops are relaxed, reflective, and collaborative. We can work with smaller teams, larger groups, or one-to-one to bring spaciousness, safety, and support if you need to air the nitty gritty.
︎Tools are designed to support your ongoing work after the workshops. As a team of designers and facilitators we’ve got some useful bits we will leave you with. Simple lists, and easy to follow 2 and 4 step guides to help you out in a bind. We also have some cool merch here, designed by us!
︎A new approach to conflict, you’ll share a better understanding of what triggers the heat in conflict, with strategies to move through it. Conflict is not an indication that something has gone wrong, it’s an opportunity to resource a moment that will deepen understanding, and strengthen relationships. Conflict is deeply human. Practice how to de-escalate conflict in ourselves, and support others in conflict.
︎︎Actively seeking and including diverse people and perspectives. This doesn’t happen just because we want it to. It needs resourcing, learning, and growth for it to be real. We support and build in systems to make make space for those who think differently and are different, honouring values with strategy not just intention.
